When selecting one of these options, you can only UPLOAD your own files. You need /embed if you want to use something like youtube or spotify.

The product option is a bit strange, it creates a display of a product, but is not connected to any kind of webshop of sorts. It's just visually displaying something as a product. Perhaps useful for advertising our own products that are purchaseable on another website or page?

HTML

With the HTML you cannot display any code or HTML, but rather use it for creative workarounds to for example create your own pretty layouts or styling in situations where Ghost CMS doesn't allow you to do that differently.

Markdown

Similar as with HTML, you cannot display a markdown editor to write things directly. But you can use this for a workaround if you want to copy/paste markdown text in Ghost CMS
